Seared Scallops - Primal, Paleo, Kid Friendly and Clean Eating
Seared Scallops with lemon and aioli
Ingredients
2tbsp. olive oil
500g large scallops (roe removed)
Pinch ground sea salt (optional)
4tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
Season the scallops with salt.
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and cook the scallops in batches on both sides for 20-30 seconds or until opaque.
Serve the scallops with a drizzle of lemon juice.
