Maple-Glazed Chicken Thighs Recipe
Maple chicken thigh ingredients
Ingredients
6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
¼cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. coconut aminos
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. finely minced garlic
1 tbsp. finely grated fresh ginger
½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Whisk together all marinade ingredients apart from the chicken thighs.
Put the chicken in a container and pour the marinade over.
Turn to coat well.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C/ 375 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Place the chicken parts skin side down on the foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, turn the chicken then bake for another 20 minutes
