Orange Chicken
I love Chinese food and would have happily lived on it a few years ago, I still crave Chinese food but know that making my own is a much better option.
If you are looking for a replacement for your Friday night take out why not give this orange chicken a go.

Ingredients
For the chicken:
550g chicken breast, cubed
salt
1 1/2tbsp. tapioca flour
1tbsp. sesame oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1-inch grated ginger
1tsp. grated orange zest
2tbsp. chopped spring onions
1/2tsp. sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
Mix up orange sauce ingredients and set aside.
Season the chicken with salt and coat evenly with tapioca flour, set aside.
Cook the chicken in batches, heat your pan or wok over high heat, add a teaspoon of sesame oil and add half of the chicken to cook.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side until well browned, set aside.
Repeat with the other half of the chicken.
Add the remaining teaspoon of oil to the wok and fry off the garlic and ginger until fragrant should take about 1 minute.
Add the zest then return the chicken to the pan.
Stir the around chicken, then add the orange sauce to the pan.
Cook until the sauce thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Divide between 4 plates and garnish with the spring onions and sesame seeds.
