300g white fish fillets
3tbsp. coconut oil
8 slices prosciutto
1tbsp. rosemary leaves
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
Fry the fish fillets, prosciutto and rosemary leaves in the pan for 5-6 minutes each side or until cooked.
