Ingredients
1 tbsp. Avocado oil
Salt and pepper
300g halibut fillets
½ cup easy mayo
1 ½ cups toasted sunflower seeds, finely chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C/ 375 degrees F.
Line a baking tray with baking paper, lightly grease it with avocado oil.
Season the fish fillets the brush them with the mayo.
Roll the fillets in the chopped seeds and place them in the baking dish.
Bake the fish for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
When the fish is cooked, remove it from the oven and squeeze the lemon over the fish.
Sprinkle with chives to serve.
